Our walk, the monthly meeting, and our coffee morning
Our monthly walk:
Saturday 14th November
When: 11.00am
Where: Meet at Tesco, Bromley by Bow, the exit nearest car park
Thanks to the "coffee goers" in October for walk and coffee venue suggestions
We plan a walk down the limehouse cut and to finish up
at "The Yurt" cafe
If the weather is especially inclement keep an eye on the walker's whatsapp group in case the decision is to just go straight to the Yurt.

Meet Beccy Allen Director Co-CEO of St Margaret’s House home of EEWI meetings
This month we welcome Beccy Allen, Arts and Wellbeing Director/Co-CEO of St Margaret's House -
She will tell us some of the history of SMH and current plans and activities. Beccy has worked in Tower Hamlets since 2012 (previously at Half Moon Theatre) and at St Margaret’s House since 2023. Beccy began working in the arts in London in 2006 and has covered different things since then including national touring, sector support, creative learning with a focus on early years and disability arts and now creative health.
Beccy is part of the Steering Committee of Participatory Arts London and leads the Tower Hamlets Creative Health Forum. Outside of work, Beccy is a trustee for a charity supporting refugees from Western Sahara and a charity advocating on behalf of children who have a parent with a mental illness; she is also a bike buddy with the Bike Project (supporting refugees and asylum seekers in the UK).
