If you read any of the literature about happiness you'll probably come across the idea of flow at some point. It happens when people are absorbed by what they are doing. Which explains why people looked so happy and absorbed at our June meeting. Making rosettes (and many thanks to the lovely V&A WI for sharing the instructions)...
